Information about appointments

Here at Rochedale Doctors, our standard appointment time is 15 minutes.

If you have several things to discuss with the doctor or you believe you may need longer (e.g. for medical examinations, health reviews with pap smears, care plans etc.), please notify the receptionist at the time of booking, so a longer appointment can be booked. This is extremely vital to remember so we can keep our doctors on time.

If you do not notify reception, the Doctor will not have time to address all of your concerns in one visit. So you may need to re-book for another time.

Appointment scheduling

We do our best to keep the Doctors on time, however, due to the nature of the industry, we may have emergencies that could set us back. If this is the case we will always do our best to let you know as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding during these times.

Walk-in appointments are available, however, this will be dependent on the Doctor’s availability. Please understand that we will always do our best to fit you in where possible.

After Hours

We understand that health concerns don’t always happen during regular office hours. That’s why we are provide after-hours GP consultations to ensure you receive the care you need, no matter the time.

There is a $400 flat fee for each consultation to be paid prior to consult.
